IMPORTANT!

The General and VIP, rest area and the day tickets are NOMINATIVES. The data that appear on the ticket must match your ID or passport to access the festival. At each accreditation center your identity will be checked to exchange your ticket for the corresponding wristband.

1. I have not yet customized my tickets

If you have not customized your tickets since you made the purchase, do it as soon as possible by following this Personalization Guide.

2. I have already customized my tickets but I want to change the info of my General Pass or VIPs

To modify the data of the tickets, the original purchaser of the tickets must do it using the Ticket Transfer tool that appears below. The person to whom you give the ticket must pay 20€ and will receive a new ticket, while the previous ticket will be automatically canceled.

3. I have already customized my tickets but I want to change the data of my Arenal or Malvarrosa Rest Zone Ticket or my day ticket.

To modify the data of the rest areas or of the day tickets you must follow the same previous process but the Ticket Transfer tool is DIFFERENT! Use the one that appears below:

The tickets of the products (official buses, savings kit, promo tuents, glamping, slogans, sounder bus, powerbanks, etc …) ARE NOT NOMINATIVE. In this case, the important thing is the code, so it is not necessary to make any data change. The same happens with the tickets purchased in Burriana. They do not go with an associated name and you do not have to customize them, so the important thing is the QR code.
