NOMINATIVE ENTRIES

The following are nominative: General Season Tickets, VIP Season Tickets, Rest Area tickets and Day Tickets. When validating the tickets, upon arrival at the festival, the name on the tickets will be checked to ensure that it corresponds to the person attending, denying access if the information does not correspond.
Not nominative: Promo Drinks, Glamping, Official Buses, Savings Kit and Sounder Bus.

CHANGE OF NAME

You only have to change the name of the tickets that are nominative (General Passes, VIP Passes, Rest Areas and Day Tickets). Remember that all products and services are associated with your subscription. You can change your name free of charge within 7 days from the date of purchase. Once this time has elapsed, you will be able to change your data at a cost of 20€.

AUTHORIZATION OF MINORS

Children under 9 years of age (9 included) may enter the festival free of charge accompanied by their parent or legal guardian and must present the signed authorization for minors together with their ID card at the festival.
