INBOUND RECOVERY SERVICE
During the purchase process you will be able to purchase the ticket recovery service for €3 to ensure the return of the tickets in case of loss.
CHANGE OF NAME
You only have to change the name of the tickets that are nominative (General Passes, VIP Passes, Rest Areas and Day Tickets). Remember that all products and services are associated with your subscription. You can change your name free of charge within 20 days from the date of purchase. Once this time has elapsed, you will be able to change your data at a cost of 20€.
AUTHORIZATION OF MINORS
Children under 9 years of age (9 included) may enter the festival free of charge accompanied by their parent or legal guardian and must present the signed authorization for minors together with their ID card at the festival.
Minors between 10 and 17 years old will not be able to access the festival with a PASS.

How many season tickets can I buy on October 22?
You may purchase a maximum of 6 subscriptions in each purchase process.
What information is required to purchase the subscriptions?
During the purchase process, the buyer’s name, surname and email address will be requested in order to complete the process.
Once the purchase is completed , it will be mandatory to personalize the season tickets with the data and a photo of each attendee in order to be able to download the season tickets. You have up to 20 days to do it for free. Once this period has expired, it will cost 20€.
Personalization of the subscription
Once the purchase is completed , you will have to personalize the subscriptions with the data and a photo of each attendee. You have up to 20 days to do it for free. At the end of this period, there will be a charge of €20.
To personalize your subscription, please follow the instructions in your purchase confirmation e-mail and enter the details of each attendee.
Wristbands shipment
This year 100% of the Arenal Sound wristbands will be shipped, so it will be necessary to fill in the shipping address at the time of the nomination of the season tickets.
Only one shipment per purchase will be made to the address provided with the total number of wristbands purchased in that transaction.
Nominative credits
It is important to remember that the credits are nominative.
Each ticket must have the name and surname of the person attending the festival. At the event, we will check that the information on the ticket matches the ID card, and if it does not match, you will have to pay 30€ for the change.
Only one shipment per purchase will be made to the address provided with the total number of wristbands purchased in that transaction.
Cambio de nombre
If you want to rename the entry, you can do it through the rename button. You have a period of 20 days from the date of purchase to do it for free and, once this period is over, it will cost 20€.
Money back guarantee
